This is my Yellow 1999 TL1000S, It is a good running specimen for a very unique bike. Gobs of Power and torque, Aggressive handling ability, and a reliable Suzuki engine. Get Ducati like performance with out the price. Starts right up, runs smooth, clear title in hand. Bought it from a buddy that needed the money, but I ride a ZX-14 Ninja, and don't need a second bike. Everything works, the fan the electrics. Issues: The bike was down in 2008, my buddy was unemployed so he painted the Yoshimura cans yellow. Not a bad job, but not perfect. He used engine paint so heat is not an issue. It actually makes them cooler to the touch. There are imperfections in the paint, mainly the upper right fairing. The paint on the tank is peeling. I think the front brake could use adjustment. I am not a mechanic, but I do know this bike was ridden daily by my buddy, and I have ridden and never seen it give problems. A little cosmetic work would make it a pretty sweet twin, or just ride as is for a super fast bike for super cheap. Sold as-is TX Title in hand. I am relisting due to the dumbest non-paying bidder on the planet, he "sniped" the auction in the last 30 seconds, from real buyers.
