The only flaws on the whole car are a few minor chips on the front end due to highway stone chips. A few very minor scratches that have been touched up, and the driver's side rear window does not work. The previous owner replaced the headliner with suede, it looks very nice. If you can deal with the inoperable rear window, you will not have to spend a dime on this baby!!! The paint shines like new and it is clear that this TDI has been very well cared for. As you can see from the report the Passat transferred dealer hands in Pennsylvania atleast twice where a new title was reissued. This is common for dealers to retitle upon securing ownership and some states like NJ and PA require it to be done. I am actually the 3rd owner to register this Passat.
