Vehicle Detail
Well guys, here it is. This is a beautiful example of a 1970 Post Coupe RM21 Road Runner. It is a non numbers matching engine, but runs excellent. A lot of time and money has been spent making this car look original as the way it left the factory. It retains its original fender tag, build sheet, and is the way it left the dealer with exception of a "Go Wing" which I do not care for anyway. She has manual steering and brakes, bench seat, column shift automatic, and has an AM/FM radio. Very basic car. The new items are many and are as follows: seat covers, carpet, door locks, ignition lock, rebuilt radio, dome light, package shelf, door panels, rear interior panels, weatherstripping, door felts, dash carpet, shocks, exhaust, BFG tires, Milodon oil pan, oil pick-up, trans pan gasket and filter, stabilizer bushings, Holley 670 carb., Etc., Etc., Etc....This is a very nice, clean car. Not a Barrett- Jackson trailer queen, but a local show winner for sure. Even the bottom of the car is painted. You can own this car for a lot less than a numbers matching car and not be afraid to drive it. This car drives excellent and is very dependable. The rear is an 8.75 323 gear with a Richmond Power Trax locker in it, so it clicks when going around a corner, but that is normal for this set-up. One of the things that it could use is a windshield. It is wiper scratched. I just never got around to replacing it. Cost on that with new weatherstripping is about 375.00. The paint is very nice, about an 8.5 out of ten, maybe better( I am very critical). It also needs a dash pad, but that too is not that expensive. All in all this is a car you can be proud to own. The only reason for selling it is because I bought another project. I had every intention on making this car a Hemi clone, but the engine ran so good, I just didn't have the heart to yank it out. The reserve is reasonable, but I will not give this car away, so bid to win, and please, NO Tire Kickers! This car is for sale locally, so the auction could end at any time. This car is being sold as- is with no implied or expressed warranties. If you are serious and would like to discuss the details of this car you can reach me @ 843-384-0076. Thanks, Jeff...and good luck!
