1969 Cutlass S. Started restoring this about a year ago. Everything is there except for the gas tank, headliner and carpet. Interior could use new front seat covers. Body has been completely redone with new quarters, inner and outer fender wells, trunk floor, rocker panels, lower doors and lower fenders. Car was taken down to bare metal and sealed with etching primer and then primer/sealer. There isn't any rust on this car and it is ready for paint. I planned on making a Hurst/Olds clone out of it but don't have the time to finish. The car used to be a drag car and has a built Rocket 350 in it now with a TH350 trans and 12-bolt rear. I was told it ran mid-to-high 12's but I never had a chance to verify that. I do know it runs awesome and has a mild lope at idle. I also have a late '68 early '69 455 and TH400 trans that I do know ran 12's in an '84 Cutlass that goes with the vehicle. Since I planned on making it a Hurst clone, I also have a correct numbers matching Rochester carb that also goes with. This car is a very mild restoration project now that all the major issues have been dealt with. With the prices of these muscle cars rising, this one would be a great starting point at a reasonable price. Right now, the doors and fenders are just hung by a few bolts each since it is easier to paint with them off. I just bolted them on there for picture purposes.
