100% Complete 1947 Dodge Pickup Truck for sale. This truck belonged to my Grandfather who purchased it from the second owner sometime in 1968; truck was used around farm in Pennsylvania for over 40 years. Gifted to me in 2000. Not currently running (frozen clutch disc?). New 6 volt battery installed last summer and engine almost turned over (lights and floor button starter working). Truck has not been running for past 10 years. With a little elbow grease the engine should turn over without problems. Great truck for restoration or for someone interested in a parts vehicle. Truck to be sold complete/as-is; will not part out. No title but can provide bill of sale. Bake-lite knobs and tuners intact with after market under the glove compartment heater. Original Carter carb and straight six engine. 2 Original hub caps with 2 (1950's?) model replacements added in 1960's. Body in Fair/Good condition with some surface rust. Rust penetrated at passenger side grille/wheel well, passenger side running board and passenger side bed/chassis intersection. Gas tank damaged sometime in 1980's: keg gas tank added to drivers side rear running board/quarter panel. Chrome grille cover has pitting with dents above fender. Windshield glass in good condition with crack on passenger side top right corner; seals deteriorated and interior seat covers and lining need restoration.
