Complete Ground up restoration 2 years ago. All new metal inside and out. Its a cruiser, not a race rod. Its not a show car but most folks think that it is... Good luck . Email canimaslim929@gmail.com On Jan-17-11 at 04:20:18 PST, seller added the following information: !!!UPDATES!!! 01/17/2011 6:25am Drivetrain: When the car was built, 2= 3/8 linked chains help hold the motor to the frame to keep from breaking the stock style motor mounts. This was installed to prevent the motor mounts from being broken and for that old school look. Big Blocks tend to make a little bit of torque and chains will make sure the motor stays in the car and not out on the highway. AIR CONDITIONING AND HEAT: Everyone is asking does the car have it. No... No a/c or heat is in this car. But, for $3500 addditional of the saling auction price, I can intall a new Vintage A/C and Heat unit in the car .This will be complete with a new chrome 134-A compressor, new compressor motor brackets, new condensor coil, new evaporator coil, new drier, new expansion valve, new hoses and lines, and a new a/c heat controler. Stero Sound System: There is no stero sound system advertisedwith the car. But the car does have a 7" flip out Kenwood radio with full navigation and GPS, DVD Player, a 1000 watt Rockford Fosgate Amp, a 600 watt Rockford Fosgate Amp, 4= 6 " speakers hi mid range, 2= 15" Compition subs in the trunk and a dash mounted antenna. I did not include any of this stuff in the car because this type of system does not interest mostpeople. But if it does, this system can be left in the car for $1500 ADDITIONAL of the end auction saling price. On Jan-17-11 at 17:35:08 PST, seller added the following information: !!! Hello all interested bidders and buyers. I have tried to represent this car as best that I could. I wish all interested parties could have come to spend some time with the car to make sure this is something you want to invest your time and finances in. Please know that this car was built as a project in my garage. I built the car and I built the car to where I felt it was safe and fun for me. No and I repeat, there is nothing original about this car. If you want original, please go to the next ad. I advise the winning bidder to go back though the car to make sure that it fits your style and the quality that you would like to see it. I will not over rate this car to tell you that its one of GM Finest, because its Not. This car started out as big piece of junk that was on it way to get crushed. But, I felt that the car didnt deserve that so I invested over 2 years of my life, time and over $33K in putting this car back on the road. This car is not a show car, a race car or a Barrett Jackson Queen. I built this car to drive and it does have wear and tear on it even though it has a ton of 2 year old new parts on it. This car was built to drive please take the time to go though the car and make sure it fits you. So good luck to all interested buyers. I hate to see her go but I have enjoyed it and I am sure you will to. And one last thing. I heard the on a TV Show. Dont crushem, Restorem...
