It's time to say goodbye to my beloved 2004 Land Rover Discovery SE. I bought her in Jan 05 as a new leftover - the last in New Jersey - because I wanted a REAL Land Rover before they were all gone. Giverny Green with Alpaca Beige interior. Dual sunroof, optional rear air conditioning unit, 5 seater. Extremely well taken care of - she was a second car for some time. Since moving to Florida, I just don't have the room to store her and take care of her as I should. All service records, no known issues. Never been in an accident - only two very small door dimples, one scratch on the front left bumper and a rock cracked the right fog light cover. Everything works - all electrical etc. Interior in immaculate condition - leather is cleaned/treated regularly and is supple and crack/wear free. Most reliable and trouble-free vehicle I've owned. Just had all new brake pads/rotors and coils/leads installed this week. Fresh oil change and tires rotated (amazingly good Sumitomos with over 50% tread life). She's ready for a new owner. I'm the sole owner of this vehicle. I purchased it in my business name and when the loan was paid off I transferred it to myself personally. I have all documents (including original window sticker) and all service records that show it has ALWAYS been my truck, in my possession. Also, the repairs (coils/HT leads, brakes) have a 1-year warranty on the work. The truck truly needs nothing and is ready for a cross-country trip today - I would not hesitate to take my family anywhere or sell it to anyone. I believe in karma, and not shuffling off one's problems to someone else. This truck is solid.
