This is a no reserve listing for a 1972 Chevy C-10 pickup. It is a factory 402 big block with a TH-400 trans and 12 bolt rear end. I have a clear title in hand. The starting price is the lowest amount I will take for the truck, I don't need to sell it. It has a regular cab and the long bed(8ft.). It is currently being stored in my garage. The body on the truck is in fair condition, the frame in driveline are in good condition. I haven't seen any holes in the frame. The engine starts right up. The transmission shifts strong, it does have a fluid leak but I only added a quart to it in the 6 months I ran it as a daily driver. All of the AC components are in the truck but the compressor froze so I unhooked the belt, it would need a new compressor and a recharge and it should be functional again. The front brakes rotors and pads) will need to be replaced to pass a current inspection. As far as I know the odometer reading is the original mileage for this vehicle. The tires have descent tread but have been sitting around for a while now so they will most likely need replaced. New rockers for both sides will be included with the truck as will the original air cleaner unit. The sheetmetal that needs replaced to pass a pa inspection would run about $200 to get it back on the road. Overall I feel the body is in fair condition. it has a lot of smaller holes but enough good metal is there to fix the panels currently on the truck. The floorboards are still solid. The underside of the truck has a lot of rust but other than the bed floor doesn't have a lot of holes. The cab mounts are solid where the cab actually mounts to the frame but the ends are rotted out. The windshield fluid pump needs replaced as does the ducting for the vents in the truck(they are rotten and fall apart when you touch them. It is a complete truck with the exception of the outside trim pieces. I have more pictures if you would like me to email them.
