For sale is my personal 2006 Dodge 2500 Quad Cab 4x4 truck with the 48RE automatic transmission. The 2006's were the last year of the 5.9 Cummins turbo diesels...bulletproof engines, excellent 48RE automatic transmission, and the updated interior! The 2006 year model Dodge 2500's with the Cummins 5.9 Turbo Diesels are getting extremely difficult to find. Mainly due to the problems with the later 6.7's, the 5.9's are actually going UP in value. I looked for 6 months before finding this truck. This truck is my personal vehicle and has been VERY well cared for. Two BRAND NEW Interstate ® batteries, EXCLUSIVELY run Mobil 1™ TDT full synthetic and MOPAR™ oil filters. No gooseneck, NON-SMOKER clean interior, and recent new tires as well as a tow package. There are two tiny (repaired) windshield chips on the windshield and an extremely small parking lot ding on the driver's door. Im being anal here as the rest of the truck is VERY clean and straight (see pictures). The previous owner had a cell phone holder screwed into the cupholder area and has since been removed so there are some small screw holes where it was removed. ICE COLD A/C, cruise control, power windows, locks, powered, and heated towing (extendable) mirrors. The only mods I've done to this truck since I've owned it was a Rhino-Liner. The tires were replaced before I purchased it and I have put less than 20k miles on it. Originally, I had planned on being buried with this truck as it's been an extremely reliable truck. Excellent power, great mileage, and longevity only found in a diesel. Kelley blue book value is $23k, and wholesale MMR is $19k so bid accordingly.
