Drive this car daily if you like. Fully drivable/functional 48 Chrysler Windsor. No running issues that I have seen. Car is all original and still 6v. Semi-auto trans up and downshifts properly inlcuding kickdown function. Tires are near new condition, brakes work well. Paint is five years old, approximation of original Military Blue (code 1). All glass is good, all lights work, all gauges work except fuel gauge (works intermittantly). Radio and clock do not work. Wipers, heater, interior lighting all work. Chrome is decent, not perfect. I have not replaced the door and trunk weatherstrips since painting. Interior is complete but needs complete restoration. Dash is decent with one scratch on the drivers side (from glass, I did it). Rust: A few small holes in the floor and some holes in inner rocker. Outer rockers are almost entirely intact, and what isn't is completely covered by rocker trim. All upper body is solid. Rust in corners of fenders was repaired with metal prior to painting so no return issues there. Suspension is good, steers well. I drove this car on a 900 plus mile trip with no major problems! I have a lot in this and my reserve price is far less than that number. You could not build this car for the price by a long shot. My loss=your gain! No warranty, sold as-is, as-described. This is a 63 year old car and as such may have some quirks. I only guarantee I'm not intentionally hiding anything :^) PLEASE NOTE: the mirrors shown on the car are no longer on it and are not included in sale.
