PA Residents Must Pay 6% sales Tax $22.50 - title fee $36 car plate fee $20 online registration fee $10 plate issue or $6 for plate transfer $36 fee for overnighting paperwork for those who send a shipper to pickup vehicle. The $100 document fee is for all transactions. Buyers must submit the nonrefundable $100 deposit immediately. Vehicle must be picked up within 7 days. Buyer must have certified funds available at the time of closing. *MUST have proper ID and insurance in order to drive a vehicle off lot. If you are the winning bidder please contact your insurance company immediately to obtain coverage. The person whose name is to appear on the bill of sale must be listed on the insurance. We also will need proof -ID card or Declaration page of the policy. The buyer's name must appear on these documents. This person must be present at closing to sign documents of sale. You must have a valid driver's license in order to register a vehicle in PA. In addition to entailing your insurance & paperwork information, you must bring your valid driver's license and current insurance card with you to the closing transaction. If you do not have these items with you, we cannot close the deal at that present time until both items are available. State law requires us to photocopy both the front and back of insurance papers and driver licenses. we cannot close any deals without these requirements. If you don't have them, you will have to leave and come back with the proper documentation. This also includes buyer out of state.
