On EDIT: I think I may have the title located...... It will not be available at the end of the sale as the person that had it has to apply for a duplicate title which will take a few weeks to get everything cleared up but I am 96.69161654586165165165% sure I can get a title for you. Howdy, I do NOT have a title for this bug, only a bill of sale will be issued. It has however been title in Iowa before, I just never got the title when it was purchased. From what I found on the net this is a 1968, I have no way of verifying that though. I tried to run a carfax but they require a 17 digit VIN. With that said, you can kind of see what we are dealing with. Any questions, please ask. I'm no motorhead but I do know someone spent some major money on this little guy. It was ran through a mechanic shop about 4 years ago and was running like a champ............... Until I went to unload it off the trailer and the throttle cable broke. I pushed it in the corner of the shop and it has sat there ever since. It ran fine at the time, but I have no time to make it run now. I'm sure it will need a battery, the throttle cable fixed, and possibly a carb clean. I have atv's so have never gotten the "bug" <---- haha, to get it going so here we are. I'm not sure what the different rules are depending on your state but it should be able to be inspected and titled if the buyer chooses. It has a bug pack performance oil pump, at least I think its an oil pump since the oil cooler lines run through it, all the "Baja" additions (Lift, roof oil cooler, different fender) and it does have the 2 levers for the brakes if you're gonna hot rod it around corners. Please remember you are purchasing as is with no title. It will need a little work to get going but shouldn't take much. This is a fun little ride that is in pretty good shape considering its age. If you need any specific pictures I will get them asap. Please email me any questions that you may have. This bug is located 20 minutes east of Omaha Nebraska. Thanks for looking and Happy Holidays
