Up for auction is a very nice 1964 Dune Buggy that needs a little work to be road worthy. The headlights, taillights, and the side skirts are painted dark bronze with gold flakes (looks awsome). Also the roll bar, windshield, and steering collumn are painted black. I took the engine out because it was leaking oil, then sent it to a mechanic to rebuild it. You can drive it but, I would recomend checking everything out first. The engine runs, but it puts out a little smoke, and you have to baby the throttle for a while. The paint and the body is all good except for the crack you see in the picture, which is only in the paint. The Unfinished: Throttle cable is not hooked up E-brake not hooked up passenger seat is not bolted down small electrical problems (blinkers and dimmer) The new parts bumper (not pictured) flamethrower distributor, coil, and wires engine block stage 3 cam rocker arms windshield steering wheel racing seats exhaust clutch kit shocks engine chrome kit We spent a lot of time on this Buggy, and hate to see it go, but we have other projects and don't have the time to finish her up. This is a rare Buggy I have never seen one like it before, and it gets a lot of attention wherever we drive it. You could easily fix her up over the winter and have a nice show quality summer car, and not spend much money and time on it.
