Here for auction is a some what rare old car. She is a 1974 AMC Javelin. You dont see many of these anymore! This car came with a 304 V8, 3 speed manual on the floor, power steering and power brakes. This car is one of 2 Javelins that I have both in this color that were bought by a married couple. This is a running and driving car that needs a restoration. The paint is flat but the car is pretty straight. all the chrome and trim is in nice shape. It does have a little bit of damage on the right front fender right around the headlight but it is minor. The interior definetly needs a redo but is in ok shape. Mechanically the car actually runs and drives pretty well. The motor sounds good, the trans shifts smooth and the brakes work as they should. The car is actually very solid rust wise. It has some rust in the trunk and below the back window and at the bottom edge of the quarter panel. The floors look solid! This car is being offered AS-IS with no warranty expressed or implied.
