1946 Ford Hot Rod "Half-Ton" Flathead V8 / Triple Carb Power / VIDEO ABOVE, PRESS THE PLAY ARROW TO SEE AND HEAR THIS ONE IN ACTON I am proud to present this older frame-off restored '46 Ford Pickup Truck. Finished in brilliant yellow, and complimented by a stout performance Flathead V8 with vintage speed equipment, this is a sure crowd pleaser and driving machine. This custom truck features a steel body, front fenders, and 'glass rear fenders and running boards for this dynamite look. It rides on older custom 15-inch wheels wrapped in 235/75/R15 rubber on all four corners. The interior features original components along with updated wiring. A Dakota digital dash cluster has been installed. The original steering wheel really fits the bill in this Kustom Kruizer. The engine compartment displays a strong runnin' late Flathead V8. Offenhauser cylinder heads are accompanied by triple carburetors atop an "Offy" intake manifold. The exhaust system sounds excellent, breathing through custom "Reds" headers to dual exhaust pipes. Originally painted pieces, the chromed grille and surround work displays the Art Deco Styling of the 1940's with pride. The bed is a simple wood panel setup with a stainless border. If you are looking for a cool Custom truck to drive and tinker with, this is a great choice. Not a perfect truck, this one was built to drive and enjoy.
