Please note that we do require that all vehicles be paid in full at least 5 business days before having it picked up to give enough time for the check to clear our account. If you wish to pick your vehicle up sooner, we can help you arrange a wire transfer of the money which has no hold on our account. TERMS OF SALE

We encourage all of our winning bidders to retrieve their cars in person if it is at all possible. If you do come in to Ft. Lauderdale, we will make arrangements to have you picked up from the airport during normal business hours and we will have all of the documents ready for you to sign and drive away. If you arrive to pick up your vehicle in the allotted time frame and for whatever reason you are not satisfied and we cannot correct it, you do not have to purchase this vehicle.

1. Placing a Bid: Your bid constitutes a legally binding contract to purchase this vehicle. Please do not bid if you're not seriously interested or financially able to purchase this vehicle. If you aren’t willing to purchase this vehicle, please do not place a bid. Please read eBay's User Agreement
2. Coast to Coast Wholesale reserves the right to:
   1. Obtain and verify the registered information of all users who bid on this auction.
   2. Cancel any and all bids at our discretion, or end the auction early if necessary.

6. Buyers Inspection: We at Coast to Coast Wholesale have done our best to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction.Coast to Coast Wholesale welcomes a buyers inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Inspection fees, if any, are Buyers responsibility.
7. Representations and Warranties made by seller: This vehicle is being sold as is, where is, with no warranty, expressed written or implied. Please note that you are purchasing a used vehicle and some items may be missing or inactive such as but not limited to; lighters, books, extra keys, etc. and other defects such as surface scratches and dings may be present. The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgement solely. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyer's request prior to the close of sale. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle.
8. Taxes and Registration fees: Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered. We may be required to collect state taxes based on Florida’s reciprocating agreements with your state of registration.
   1. Florida Residents – Coast to Coast is required to process all title and registration work along with the collection of sales tax. This will be added to the final value of the vehicle purchase price.
   2. Non-Florida Residents – Buyer is responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state the vehicle will be registered. We may be required to collect state taxes based on Florida’s reciprocating agreements with your state of registration. This will be added to the final value of the vehicle purchase price. 9. Title Information: Vehicle titles may be held by banks/lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 21 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. If payment is made by cashier’s check we will hold all titles for 10 days or until funds have cleared.
10. Shipping & Delivery:
    1. All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. Coast to Coast will help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage!
    2. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our showroom. All shipping arrangements are provided by us at Coast to Coast as a courtesy. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper, not with us at Coast to Coast.
    3. The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, but is generally 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the shipper for an estimated time of arrival to be sure.

11. Finalizing your Purchase:
    1. After the auction, the high bidder must establish contact with us, either by email at c2cinternetsales@aol.com or by phone at (954)-328-7454 so we can discuss shipping and payment arrangements. If you are high bidder, please contact us as soon as the auction is over. We want our transaction to begin with you as soon as possible.

There will also be a $187.00 dollar dealer document fee which covers paperwork, pre-vehicle delivery costs, transfer and handling of title, and FedEx pickup and deliveries. We believe in making sure all your paperwork and documents are delivered expeditiously and securely. Coast to Coast will provide you with a Federal Express tracking number to monitor the package's progress. We not only want your buying experiance to be superb but all your supporting documents as well. Our goal is a 101% EBay positive feedback!! Remaining balance is then due within 7 days of auction close. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the deposit is not received within 2 days, we reserve the right to re-list this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer. At time of sending initial deposit, Buyer MUST fax copy of their State issued valid Driver License and proof of insurance.
    4. Before said vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, all other sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to Seller.
