1970 Honda CB

Up for sell is my 1970 K0. I purchased this bike 3 years ago with the intention of doing a complete restoration. When I first acquired the bike it ran very rough so my first goal was to get it running good. I went through the carbs completely (replaced the needle and seats, replaced one float, and adjust the linkage. The carbs will need fine tuning with a synchrometer. I replaced the clutch and cable with OEM parts (it had the wrong lenght cable) because it was difficult to disengage the clutch. I replace the plugs with NGK plugs, and also replaced the coils with new original ones I found on ebay. Replaced the wiring harness near the battery box 'cause some wires were burnt. The bike now runs on all 4 cylinders and runs hard - cruises at 75 mph! The previous owner thought the engine seals had been replaced but after running the bike a little, I noticed a little leak coming from the region of the head gasket. It's minor for a 40 year-old bike. Several fins on right side of head are broken so I suspect the bike was dropped at one point in her life. Someone did a poor job at trying to replicate the "Ruby Red" paint. My goal was to have it repainted, or buy the tank, side covers, and headlight bucket with original paint. Original HM300 exhaust with minor dings (right upper pipe) but nice for age of bike. Very nice clean original Duck Tail seat. All electricals work except for low/high beam switch. The grips are not correct for this model, neither is the caliper. Speedo was locked when I first acquired the bike so not sure if actual miles- it's working now. I tried to find the first owner but was unsuccessful (supposedly the bike belonged to an SCCA rider in FL). I am selling this classic because I have one too many toys, a new baby, and I am moving.
