For sale: 1970 Ford Torino GT w/ 302. Transmission: Automatic. VIN: OR35F106288. Have clear title to transfer. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ford_Torino Original interior and exterior colors: dark blue. Pictures below are as I bought the car a few years ago. Health and family issues have forced me to abort the project, and I should pass it on to someone who can finish the job and take care of her. This is an awesome car that will be a stellar restoration. Condition is too good to be a parts-only car. Car did not run when I bought it. Car is partially disassembled (hood and trunk lid removed; doors (and door panels) removed; trim removed; seats and carpet removed; dash panel removed; all old wiring removed; grille removed; lights removed; bumpers still in place). Included with the auction are all parts that have been retained, bagged and cataloged (by an amateur) such as screws, bolts, door handles, seat belts, etc. Most pieces have been salvaged but not all. Because of the partial disassembly, it will not cost a lot to prep this car for body work and paint job. Exterior is in overall good condition. Left quarter panel is rusted and damaged, but I have a replacement piece ready for installation (and is included in this bid). Floor pans have rust spots and a few holes; could be kept in place for someone who wants to do minimal work but should be replaced for a more thorough restoration; same condition for trunk. Front windshield has been removed, but original rear glass is in place and in excellent condition. Original wheels included as well. Original 302 engine still in bay but non-operational. Original drive train and suspension intact but needs to be improved. New, temporary tires were recently added (relatively inexpensive temporaries in order to work on car; they are included in auction).
