Title in hand. The car is for sale because I am now living in the city and have no need for it. The car currently has about 19500 miles on it. I am the second owner. It was purchased with 3500 miles. The car had been inspected by a trusted mechanic before purchasing. The car has not had any pets inside of it, nor has there been any smoking inside of the car. The engine is still under factory warranty until 2014 or 100,000 miles. The RX8 has always been garaged, and it is currently stored in my garage. The front bumper and driver's side fender had to be replaced. They were replaced with OEM Mazda parts and paint. There was no frame damage. The car still runs and looks as it did when I purchased it.Very small door-ding dent on driver's side door (penny-sized, not deep at all, probably removed with paintless dent removal)Very small paint chip near passenger side headlamp (covered with touch-up paint, unnoticeable unless looking at it)Small, nickel-sized stain in rear passenger side seat (probably can be removed)OptionalI have a set of gently used 17" Dunlop Winter Sport M3 tires with wheels that I used in the winter with the RX8.
