This car has been looked over by our service department to find out that the front seal of the transfer case is leaking. The propeller shaft U-joint by the transfer case has snapped off and is scrapping up against transmission pan tab. The car is not safe to be driven off the lot and must be shipped. The car does drive although we just dont think it is safe to be on the streets until repaired. We are an authorized BMW dealer and can fix the issue for $1450 additional to the ending auction price if you would like us to perform the work. The tires are in excellent shape showing 5mm of life all around while the brakes are great as well with 9-11 mm of life left. The car has a few a few small scuffs on the bumpers, some stone chips and minor dings. A very nice overall car that is very well equipped and ready for its second home.
