2001 gmc truck, 4.8 v8 engine ,automatic overdrive trans,has been my personal work truck for over 6 years,well maintained,recent brakes all around,4 new kyb shocks,recent water pump and new belts.new dual exhaust,nice mellow tone.transmission was replaced about 80k miles ago,has eaton detroit positrac rear with 342 gear ratio,lots of highway miles.dosent smoke or leak oil or transmission fluid.truck drives well,fly in and drive home.just a good solid truck.no reserve so someone will own it.have a clear title.ebay says the title is a buy back,whatever that is.i guess somene bought the truck new and then made GM buy it back.my good friend bought the truck with 37k miles and i bought it from him at 57K miles so i have put the bulk of the miles on it.On Nov-04-10 at 13:52:23 PDT, seller added the following information: ok,here is some more info on the truck.what i know that doesnt work is:sometimes the fan switch will not work on hi-setting,all other settings work fine.tow-hall button doesnt work but im having it checked tomorrow,im told the wire to it wears through at the steering column and is an easy fix.the license plate lite holders are broken and need replaced,the bulbs work fine.as far as i know thats all that doesnt work.i still drive this truck 60 miles everyday to work and it runs fine.also when i say recent in the ad i mean this year sometime.oh,also i replaced the fuel pump and in tank sending unit last year.
