Vehicle Detail
1952 MGTD Roadster Let me start by saying I know little about MG’s. However I hunt classic cars and trucks daily and can say this MG is very restorable. It seems mostly complete and original and is a wonderful foundation for restoration. The sheet metal is in great shape with little signs of filler or repair. The engine number on the brass data plate on the body matches the engine block number. I pulled the car home with a tow-bar and it would pull home easy as the tires are in good shape. The car is said to be a 1952 model. But I’m not sure…the title was lost long ago. You can easily go through “International Title Service” in Las Vegas for a title. You can find them on the net. The fee is about $350. What you see is what you get. I will provide the high bidder a notarized bill of sale. Please call Hawkeye Wills with your questions before bidding. 808-205-8414 PAYMENT AND STORAGE A $500 deposit is required from the winning bidder, due electronically via PayPal within 24 hours after the auction ends, to hold the vehicle. I will not be accepting trades. Respectfully, please bid responsibly by having any required financing in place before committing to purchase the vehicle as full payment is due within 7 days of auction end via cash or certified bank check (drawn on a major US bank). I can hold the vehicle for 15 days at no charge to the winning bidder after the auction (the charge is $15.00 per day after 15 days unless other arrangement made). I apologize in advance, but bidders with zero feedback will have their bids canceled, no matter what the amount, unless you contact me in advance of bidding. Bidders outside North America (anywhere other than the US, Canada, or Mexico “mainland”) are welcome to bid, but also must phone me before bidding.
