You’re checking out a 69 Skylark that doesn’t need much to nothing, the best way for me to start talking about this car is hard but here we go starting with the drivetrain. This buick is converted to a chevy 454 big block with a cam, HEI distributor , double pumper carb, hi torque starter, hi volume fuel pump, biggest headers that could slide down the fire wall, be cool radiator with an electric fan, and a chrome brake booster to go. This buick runs strong, does not blow smoke or over heat, what it does do is burn gas and tires. The 454 is hooked up to a 3000 stall to a 400 turbo train with a shift kit and a B&M shifter. Stock driveshaft with a new u joint, the rearend is stock due to picking the right gears. So it is still a 3.07 ratio, limited with drum brakes, fronts are disc brakes with all new bushings, springs, and shocks. Dual flowmaster 2 chamber mufflers turned down. Everything is new on the drivetrain and the best parts avalible. The body is complete with all trimmings, paint is forest green and black, this car is rust free with no dent or scratches, all weather stripping is new and complete, even the wipers, gas cap locks tight and does not leak, this car is the cleanest skylark one the computer. The interior in solid black with stock trims and functional interior lights, has 4 6x9s on the back panel with two 6.5 on the door panels and two twelve’s in the trunk, buckets seats, this interior is 99.7% complete, there is one flaw, a half inch rip on lower driver bucket seat, carpet new and the seat belts. Man the only thing left is the stagger foose twentie in rims, if you know ponitacs, oldsmobiles, and buicks it’s a headache to find rims that fit and look good.
