This is a nice M5 that runs fantastically. Condition- Cosmetic: Exterior is very nice. Paint is in excellent condition with very nice gloss. Trim is nice. Very good looker. Interior is very good as well. Original M5 seats are comfy and look great. Owner re-upholstered the bolsters on the drivers seat in vinyl, which looks pretty good. Passenger seat is all original and looks very good. Leather is firm and could probably use good conditioning. Door panels are in very good shape. Dash is also in very good condition. Factory radio remains in dash and works well. Steering wheel is missing some stitching on the upper portion of the wheel as seen in photos. All windows and sunroof work appropriately. Interior is clean and smells neutral. Mechanical: Engine runs very very well. Starts up smoothly with no noises. Power is very impressive and enjoyable. This engine loves to breathe. Transmission shifts well and clutch feels great and does not slip. Feels like it may have a lightweight flywheel (maybe stock is lightweight?), revving is extremely quick. No rear end or bearing noises. Cooling system is tight and good. Car still has original EDC hydraulic shocks, which have minor leaking. I would recommend that the buyer do what most E34 M5 buyers do and purchase conventional shocks. I am leaving this to the buyer to allow the buyer to get an aggressive deal on an E34 M5, plus the choice of your preferred set-up, bilstein gas shocks/ KW coilovers/ or the revered ground control coil overs. I would recommend replacement of the front thrust arms as well for a tight handling experience. This car is separated from the rest in that it is pretty fresh and the engine is in prime shape. Take this opportunity to grab an inexpensive M5 and make it your own!
