I am proud to offer this beautiful 1971Chevelle Greenbriar wagon, turned into a HOT Chevelle SS Wagon in Tribute of the Z15 SS package. Powered by its original, rebuilt 350ci 4v engine/ rebuilt 350-TH transmisson, this car runs and drives great, and sounds like a Chevelle should due to it’s new flowmaster exhaust! The suspension has been rebuilt as needed including new/ repacked wheel bearings and bushings. Original SS wheels have been added wrapped in new BF Goodrich Radial T/A tires. This Chevelle features a Dual Action tailgate, Power Steering and Power Disc brakes which have been recently rebuilt and work flawlessly! A fun to drive family cruiser that looks and sounds like a Muscle Car is what this car is offering! The Chevrolet Chevelle is an American icon, but due to their ever rising values, they have become out of the reach of most people shopping for a classic Muscle Car that they can drive and enjoy. This car is just as beautiful at around half of that cost! This is a nice looking car that has been recently freshened up with new paint, interior, rebuilt engine and trans and new exhaust system. This Chevelle could be used as a daily driver and/ or a weekend cruiser . OR… what a way to get your family to the car show, cruise in, air show....wherever your family likes to go. We took it to a car show this weekend ourselves! I've been told a few times that Chevrolet never made a SS Wagon and I tend to agree, however I do believe that it was possible to special order one if you knew what to order. Though, I nor many others have ever seen one. The 350ci V8 has been recently rebuilt with around 8,000 break in miles on it now. It features an Edelbrock Performer intake and a Quadrajet 4v carburetor. It run's very well and is a reliable workhorse, however the original mileage is Arizona State Box A- 90, 332 on the Title (Meaning original, not turned over) (Odometer also states 94,XXX miles). The 350 is tastefully dressed with a chrome aircleaner and chrome valve covers, engine in Chevy orange. Original features to this car are A/C, Power Steering, Power Disc Brakes . The A/C compressor is missing, but the remainder of the A/C parts look to be present and visibly in good shape, making an A/C add relatively easy. The car has a new Flowmaster exhaust system, which features 40 series mufflers that provide the proper muscle car sound.. This is an “honest” car that is tidy and has a complete feel about it. It’s not overly restored but holds it’s own when parked amongst other muscle cars. There is room for improvement with a few simple restoration parts and some additional love. The TH-350 automatic transmission also has been rebuilt within the last 4000 miles with the addition of a shift kit which shifts quick and firm. No known issues with the original 10-bolt rear end. The body and paint on the car are straight enough for a driver and generally very nice. The paint is about 5 months old and has been repainted in beautiful bright red, with black stripes. There are no obvious scratches or chips on the car, but it is not a show car. It was built to be an outstanding driver. The car would benefit from a color sand and buff, however it is gorgeous the way it is. The flaws are mainly dirt or debris in the paint and some light orange peel but that is nearly unnoticeable unless someone is looking for it. The car looks beautiful and gets looks and thumbs ups everywhere it goes. Its very nice and people young and old can appreciate the beauty of this car. The frame, floor pans, spare tire well, body ...etc. are rust free and in good shape. The tail gate does show some rust on the inside, however this is not visible with the tailgate up/ closed or from the outside. The frame looks to be perfectly straight. There is no evidence that this car has ever been involved in an accident, so I'm going to state that we believe it to be accident free. The chrome is in good original condition, however, new or replated bumpers would be a great way to upgrade the looks. Glass is excellent, windshield has no chips or scratches and is brand new. Driver and passenger side windows roll up and down properly, drivers side quarter windows requires a new roller but has a lock on it. Rear window rolls up and down properly. The weatherstripping was replaced around all of the doors. The interior of the car is mostly restored. The carpet is new, the headliner is new. The dash cap is new. The gauges work. All door panels are original in good condition except the drivers side door panel which has had a repair to it and is presentable. The seat covers are new both front and rear. The interior overall is in excellent condition. Nearly $1000 was recently spent on the interior, with receipt supplied to the new owner. 4-point harnesses were installed for safety reasons but the original belts are available if desired. The original steering wheel is in good condition. The horn works as do the turn signals and turn signal canceling cam. The dual action tailgate even works properly as does the rear window. The heater core was also recently replaced. Some modern ammenities were added as this was intended to be a comfortable driver including 4-point safety belts, impressive audio system that can be heard over the monster flowmaster, remote start with primer, and power locks in the front. LOTS OF MONEY INVESTED!!!! FOR THE ASKING PRICE YOU COULD NOT COME ANYWHERE NEAR BUYING THIS CAR AND BUILDING IT TO THIS CONDITION! BE THE ONE TO SCORE A GREAT DEAL ON THIS CHEVELLE SS WAGON TRIBUTE!
