Hi Folks, You are bidding on a 1968 Alfa Romeo GTV 1750. This is the most saught after of all GTV'S, equiped with dual webbers( with original euro airbox) 1750 engine, and " Flying Buttress " seats. A great project for someone looking to restore a very valuable Italian classic. The Good: - All glass is perfect, including front windshield and all trim. - Stainless steel bumpers( front and back) are in perfect condition. - Original carpet in perfect shape. - Re appholstered seats( front and back) and door panels.(door arm rests not installed but in trunk) - all exterior trim and interior trim there. Nothing missing. ( rear emblem on trunk there too, only loose so we removed it) - Motor, transmission, Dual webber carbs and all mechanics on car, nothing missing. The Bad: - Needs complete restoration of exterior. Was restored to bare metal, and lots of bondo in the mid eighties shortly after being imported from Italy. - Does not run, we did not attempt to have her run as she has not driven since 2002. Ran strong when parked over 8 years ago. - Interior needs some assembley, and TLC. The Alfa Romeo is located in Montreal, Quebec, however we can help with arranging transportation to any Canadian or U.S city. U.S buyers are responsible for any fee's at border.
