Buying an ATV online can be scary. You'll notice in a lot of auctions there is very little description and very few pictures. In my auctions you get all the details, both good and bad. In addition you are always welcome to come check this quad out and ride/inspect it for yourself before the auction ends to ensure your happiness. ATV: This 4 wheeler is a 2007 Honda Rancher AT 400. (TRX400FA) The Rancher AT is very different from the regular Rancher ES and S. The three major differences are that the AT model is a 400 where the regular Ranchers are 350s (a noticeable power difference). The AT features a completely automatic transmission (similar to the Rubicon/Rincon - with the option of electric shift at the flip of a switch) and selectable 2/4 wheel drive where the regular Ranchers are full time. Basics of this bike include: · 4 Stroke 400cc ultra reliable Honda engine · Electric start w/ recoil back up · Reverse · 5 speed electric shift or switchable to full automatic · 4x4 on demand with the flip of a switch The transmission is absolutely the best feature of a Rancher AT. When in ESP mode it is a regular Honda 5 speed electric shift, shifted by pushing a button for changing gears up or down. In auto mode it is fully automatic, just like its larger cousin the Rubicon. The best part about this is that you get the best of both worlds and because it is hydro-mechanical unit there is no belt to slip or break Condition: This ATV is in very good used condition. It has only 1480 original miles and 225 engine hours of use. It runs great and everything works exactly as it should. The 4x4 system, brakes, transmission, and etc all work great. It runs perfectly has no leaks, smoke or any other issues. Appearance wise it looks great overall. It has a few minor blemishes here and there like light scratches and etc but nothing at all serious. It has no breaks or cracks anywhere on it. It is a used off road machine so expect to be able to tell it used. It will have normal minor imperfections like surface rust on the bottom the frame and exhaust, just like all used ATVs. The rear tires still have 40-50% tread remaining but the fronts have less than that. All tires hold air fine and and will last a while but ideally it could use newer ones soon. We could install a new set for the winner at a great price or even upgrade it to aluminum wheels. So overall you are getting a nice used used ATV at a $100 minimum bid and no reserve. You could go buy a new one for $8000 or here you pick the price, what more could you ask for? No reserve and no “buy it now”. As for transaction details, I am located in Sadieville, Kentucky (40370). We are right off Interstate 75, 25 miles North of Lexington KY and 60 South of Cincinnati, OH. I am willing to ship it but you must make the arrangements. Kentucky residents will be required to pay 6% state sales tax on top of the final bid amount. We do not collect sales tax from out of state bidders and there are no other fees of any kind. I don't need a deposit but if we ship, it must be paid in full first. I will not sell it off eBay so there is no need to ask. This machine comes with a clean title that is ready to transfer.
