Excellent- Original condition 1979 Mazda RX-7 , originally built in 1978- one of the first ones in the country I was told. Manufacture date is 10-1978 so the hood prop is on the passenger side. I am the second owner, this car runs out fantastic, and has cold A/C. The seats are the "vans" edition as told to me by the original owner and the are aged and have some tearing under the seat covers. I have the original car keys with the original Key fob. It has both tops- the hard top has some scratches and dings, and includes the wind screen, and spair top bag. When I recieved this car 4 yrs ago, it still has the 1982 inspection sticker and the odometer read 3650, and now reads 23576 or so and it may actually have 123576 on the car, but it is very clean for that mileage, and drives fantastic! The A/C compressor was rebuilt completely with new bearings and seals, along with a new clutch and universal joints (due to surface rust from sitting in the garage in Georgia) All fluids have been changed and the brakes checked. The rear hatch release does not work, as the solenoid was removed by the original owner- key works fine. The hatch struts are the originals and are in need of replacement. The power antena was replaced by a manual unit and the clock does not work on the dash. The paint is original, and not show quality and shows the dings and minor dents and such of a car that is this age. Just wanted to be sure to list any thing I could think of that might be an issue to a show car buyer- to the rest of us this is a great car!. I get compliments all the time- my favorite is "I had one of those and man did I love that car!" I drive it regularly- typically 15-20 miles, about 2 times a month just to keep it running in great shape. The car has been garage kept it's entire life. It will pass Missouri inspection and is currently registered and insured. You will have to arrange and pay for shipment- I will not release the car till payment is made in full and cleared bank or Paypal. The car can be driven anywhere without a worry!
