Very nice condition 1969 MGCGT. Medical issues force me out of a non-power steering, manual shift car. Older repaint now getting a bit tired but a great 20 footer. Some nicks and bumps that I have documented with pictures and will supply more if needed. Desirable overdrive works fine. power brakes have been replaced with standard brake system, works fine, just heavier. Steering fine but a little loose on center. One of my planned projects was to replace the box. Engine runs strong, returns about 20 mpg on the highway. Electronic ignition. Has never failed to start, even after winter storage. The car has never let me down. I have put about 3K miles on it since I have owned it 3 years. 4th owner of the car in my club going back to the late 90's so lots of history available. As you can see from the trip odometer, haven't driven it much this year 72 spoke wires knockoffs and tires put on just before I got it, original spare. Have additional new 60 spoke 15X5 to go with it but it is probably for an MGA. Has period correct AMCO(sp) console with aftermarket radio w/cassette. My plan was to return it to stock. O/D switch is on the console, I have a used stalk for it, another project not started. Turn signals are intermittent, have traced to a loose wire in the switch, just not fixed. Changed from engine driven fan to thermostatic controlled electric. Wanted to hear the engine, not the fan howl. Interior is very good, no tears etc in the seating. Car is wired for remote garage door opener and antenna shutoff. Vehicle has dual fuel pumps mounted in one battery bin with toggle on the dash. Never had to use it but sure feels secure when traveling. Car is for sale locally so reserve the right to discontinue this listing.
