Up for auction is a 1988 Samurai. It runs good and averages 24 to 29 miles per gallon, depending on how many hills. I drive it 50 miles per day, round trip, at 55 to 60 miles per hour with no problems. It has decent tires and includes a matching spare wheel with no tire. The things that could use attention are no carpet inside, all three seats are ripped, the windshield is cracked, the interior driver and exterior passenger door handles are broken, and the passenger outside mirror is broken. There is an aluminum door handle kit available for these to eliminate plastic handles. This Samurai has minor dings and scratches, but over all it is one of the nicest Samurais I have seen. It is ready for your chosen modifications to rock crawl or off road and it is getting difficult to find one that has not already been modified. Please ask any questions before bidding. The reason the vehicle history suspects the odometer has been rolled back is the odometer on these rolls over to zero after 100,000 miles. The odometer has not been tampered with.
