This is a very good looking 1968 Mustang. The drive train is very good, engine (289 CID ) runs well and transmission is brand new. Body and paint is in good condition. The body has had some bondo work in the past before I purchased the car. The interior is in good shape. 17" American racing wheels with 40series tires. Unfortunately, I recently discovered a measureable amount of decay in the frame and under body of the car. I have 6 personal cars with 3 of them being hobby cars. I have decided not to restore this car and will take a significant loss of about 85% on my investment. My loss is your gain. I have only a few pictures of the underside to share. My suggestion would be to have the frame rails repaired along with new floor pans and trunk just to make it a great car as it once was. This car might be just right for someone who does their own resto work. My reserve price is crazy low, but I would like to move this car and take whatever I receive and put into my other cars.
