1996 Jeep Cherokee with no rust and a new head gasket, head was shaved and pressure tested. New water pump and heater control valve. New thermostat, oil change and antifreeze. This runs like it has 35k on it!!! The heater control valve went bad and overheated the engine. That's what I think went wrong. We did all the necessary repairs at a cost ov over $700. This thing is ready to go and needs nothing!!! The tires are good. It's inspected until sometime next year. The trans is perfect. The one thing that should stand out is that there is no rust on this.
