Presented for your approval and offered for your consideration, a 1965 Datsun commercial car(pickup truck) in good running condition. This truck is a very good driver with only 38,000 original miles. This was the 2nd generation truck that was imported by Datsun. This was actully a car from the doors forward with a pickup truck bed on the back. It has a very small 1200 CC, 60 horse power engine with a 4 speed transmission. The engine can be started with a hand crank(like a model T Ford) or started by turning the key. The drive train is unrestored with only 38,700 actual miles. I am the 2nd owner of this truck and have own it for several years. Originally from Washington state, the truck is mostly original except for one repaint, and the color was changed from turquoise to a rootbeer brown. There are some scratches+chips in the paint, the body has factory flaws on the bed quarters, and on the tailgate. The front bumper+grill have very good chrome, but the fender mounted mirrors have some pit. The interior was also redone with a non stock seatcover, headliner, sunvisors, and black carpet. The back bumper was changed to a step type, but the original bumperest will be included with the sale. There are two small rust spots on the very bottom of the front fenders, but the rest of the truck is very solid with no issues. You are welcome to come, drive, and check it out.
