This is a Beautiful 2000 Honda Valkyrie Interstate with only 16106 miles!! It does have a reconstructed title because the front forks were changed to ones that dont sit out as far. The customer that traded this in didnt like how it handled with the long stock forks so they were professionally changed out and the motorcycle was inspected for safety. This bike is in beautiful condition for being 11 years old. There are some scratches and scuffs as shown in the pictures, but nothing major, just average use. Email me with any questions. He bought the bike with a Raked front end on it, and the reconstructed title. The title was reconstructed because the bike was changed by the rake kit and by Minnesota Law, it had to be inspected for safety. It has NOT been salvaged and is NOT a salvage title. According to the customer, the front end is now back to OEM specs. I thought these were shorter than stock but after clarifying with the previous owner the front end is now back to stock. From the Minnesota DMV, any vehicle or motorcycle with a modified frame or part of the frame requires a inspection and reconstructed title.On Sep-22-10 at 11:18:50 PDT, seller added the following information: This bike also has the am/fm stereo with 4 speakers.
