For Sale is the family 2003 KIA Sedona. We purchased it in 2009 with 40,000mi from California, where it was returned under the California lemon law. Apparently the vehicle originally had a lot of AC problems until it was returned to KIA at which time they replaced the entire AC system; the CA title we received was still titled under KIA so we were only the second owner (it was stored for a year). Since we have owned the vehicle we have had NO problems with the AC at all. The AC compressor was replaced in the last month, however it was not bad. I changed the belt with an aftermarket (Goodyear Gatorbelt) and it squeaked (I tried another brand with same squeak), so I thought it was a pulley, after replacing both the Idler pulley and tentioner pulley I replaced the alternator, after the squeak remained I also replaced the AC compressor (as well as the receiver dryer). Since those are all the components in the Alt/AC belt system I finally replaced it with a OEM KIA belt ($60) and squeak went away -- expensive lesson for me, good for whoever wins the auction. Since we have owned it we have only run Mobile Synthetic oil, with K&N filters in it, changed regularly (1k mi on current change). The vehicle runs out perfectly with clean shifts and great acceleration, the check engine light has never come on, and passed emissions in January. It gets 22mpg highway, and about 18mpg city. Due to a crack in the windshield it was recently replaced. We also recently added a DVD Navigation System (with ipod connector, usb connection and bluetooth), 9.2" Pillow headrests which look awsome, and also upgraded to H7 HID headlights (two ballasts added with H7 bulbs). Around June last year we got new tires (Goodyear triple tread) which were awesome in winter and seem to run out nice on dry road as well, wet roads are not a problem at all with these tires. Aside from typical cosmetic things like few scratches on the inside tailgate molding and passanger side glovebox, and some clearcoat flaking it is in very good condition. I could not find any rust on the vehicle beside surface rust on the under body like muffler and cross bars. The doors and jambs also have no rust (see pictures), we also have original manuals which came with vehicle. While the pictures do not show them, headrests will be included, they were just off for cleaning.
