You are bidding on a 1928 Ford 2 Door Sedan Street Rod. Additional and more accurate information has been gathered since previous listing. This is a custom built street rod. It is an all steel car, body and fenders. The wood floors were replaced with 3/8" steel plate. The top was chopped 3.5 inches and the tail lights are 1948 Oldsmobile. The radiator is an industrial 3 core with 1928 tanks. It has a 289 CID, 271 HP ford engine with a 4 barrel carb and ford C4 automatic transmission with a stock torque converter.The rear end is out of a 1973 Comet with 3.00 gear ratio. It is burgundy with gray interior and gray vinyl top. It has a tilt steering wheel, shift kit, and a push out windshield. It does not have air conditioning. All four side windows roll down. I have owned this car since 2001 and it has always been kept in a climate controlled building. No wrecks, no dents, no dings, and no scratches. This car once took second place at the Detroit Autorama right after it was built. It is road ready and you could drive it home no matter where you live in the US without hesitation.
