1983 SUZUKI GS450GA - ALL ORIGINAL AUTOMATIC!! SHAFT DRIVE!! IN EXCELLENT CONDITION GARAGED 100%, NEVER SEEN RAIN OR SNOW ONLY 6388 MILES PICK IT UP AND RIDE IT HOME This bike is all original and complete, except for the tool kit. It has a new battery, fresh plugs and the gear oil and oil have been changed. Everything is in great working order and there in very liitle that this bike needs to make it perfect. There are no tears in the seat, which looks like brand new. The chrome is in beautiful condition with the exception of some rust on the rims, and a little discoloration on the left header pipe (which is easy to get re-chromed if you are concerned about it. The motor is very clen and has no leaks. The frame is completely rust free and in great condition. The guages are perfect and work just as they should. The tires are like brand new. There is a small ding on the left tailpipe (about the size of a penny) and also on the gas tank (also about penny sized), and there are a few chips on the tank from normal use. But there is no rust on either. There is a small amount of the clearcoat that has come off the engine covers, but it is minimal and expected for a bike that is 27 years old. This motorcycle has NEVER seen rain or snow, and has ALWAYS been garage kept. I got it from another memeber of my family who was very, very good at taking care of it, and I rode it a little through the summer. Unfortunately I have bills that need to be paid so it has to go. I do not have the time or money to restore a bike these days, but this would be a PERFECT candidate, since it only needs a few MINOR cosmetics. It truly is an excellent motorcycle and I hate to part with it, especially since I don't have to dump any money in it to keep riding. I always get comments on how nice it is. If you are a collector or like to restore vintage bikes this is a GREAT opportunity. A fine example for the year, and not many can be found in this good condition with such low mileage. Buyer must pick up, or arrange for their own shipping from the West-Chicagoland area. I will deliver the bike within 50 miles of Franklin Park, Illinois for a negotiable fee. I require a 250.00 deposit through Pay Pal, and the balance at pick up. Cash is king, but I am willing to go through Pay Pal for the balance. I will not release the bike until all money clears. Money orders, personal and cashiers checks are not accepted. There is a currency exchance nearby so the bike can be plated right away if you want to ride it home.
