This fastback came from the factory with the 351 Cleveland 4 barrel engine and auto transmission (which both engine and trans were rebuilt during restoration). It has the factory tach and gauge package. It was originally Bright Blue exterior but now has been changed to a beautiful Raven Black while retaining it's original blue interior. It is a striking color combination. Also, silver full length stripes have been added and a thin "chameleon" side stripe has been added to each side, giving it a unique appearance that adds to it's beauty. The body is sound and solid . It retains it's solid original floors and frame rails, torque boxes and aprons. The fenders, doors and quarter panels are also solid and straight, and one spot on the the quarter wheel lip where the paint is bubbling. The paint is in excellent condition with only a few imperfections that are noticed upon close inspection. This Mustang runs and drives great, tight front end, solid disc brakes, strong power steering. It has excellent road manners, doesn't pull , either on the freeway or upon braking. The trans shifts well and is sound. The tires are mounted on 16" Cragar SS wheels which give it the classic old school appearance. It has an Edelbrock Performer intake and carb, chrome air cleaner and valve covers. The headers and dual exhaust also sound great. The interior is blue and besides the carpet being faded ,the interior shows very well. This car is priced at a great value and it would be hard to duplicate this car in this condition for less than our reserve price.
