jetpilot510 store 2006 GMC 2500HD 2WD Crewcab pickup with the Duramax 6.6 liter and Allison automatic transmission. This truck is equipped with all standard options you would expect to find on these plus chrome side steps, B&W turnover gooseneck hitch & in-bed trailer electrical hookup. This truck has just under 97,000 miles. I am the second owner, having bought the truck with 44,000 miles. The first owner was a retired man with a 5th wheel travel trailer. I have mostly used the truck for driving to my office. We occasionally tow a gooseneck horse trailer. I'll estimate total towing miles at less than 10,000. This truck has never been a hot shot truck or a consistent tow rig. Drivetrain: The truck is flawless and well maintained - consistent dealer service and fluid changes. NO issues. The Duramax and Allison are a great package. The batteries were replaced last summer. Body: No dents in the body, some chips and scratches in the paint - typical for the age and miles. The bed has been used, but no dents or other damage, mostly scratches. The tailgate is bent - the first owner set his 5th wheel down on it... The windows are tinted all around. The windshield has two rock chips - one has been repaired, the other is still there. Interior: Tan cloth interior, power seats - good condition, never smoked in. The leather steering wheel shows "smoothing" and is a little "shiny" from my hands - no tears or issues. The only thing "wrong" is that about 1/3 of the radio lights don't come on - the bulbs are out. This is a typical GM issue. Tires: I put these on at about 50,000 miles, there are maybe 5,000 left in them. I am selling this truck because I'm now driving 100 miles a day or more. I can't see using all this power and capability to do that. I have a clear title to this truck and it is for sale locally.
