I bought this truck in the fall of 2001 as a general utility and plow truck. I was told it was previously owned by a local power utility company. Most winters I drove this daily for 3 to 4 months a year. I have done a lot of work over the years to keep it is good running condition but finally upgraded and no longer need the truck. Recently it seems to have developed a slow leak down of fuel pressure when left sit. Sometimes it will start right up and then shut off from low fuel. Other times it will take 20 seconds of cranking to start. No smoke after initial starting. I have only put about 15,000 miles on the truck since I have owned it. During that time I have replaced the glow plugs and the entire fuel system with rebuilt components. Installed new starter and two new batteries this past spring. Breaks are good but lines are rusting on the outside. New front fenders, rockers, corners and pan sections 2 years ago. Recently drove a round trip of 130 miles with no problems. The truck will currently not pass PA inspection due to the condition of the utility bed and a section of the exhaust on the driver’s side. I have a utility body for this truck if interested but it will need work before mounting. The plow pump and wiring is NOT included.
