For example, on a $10,000 vehicle this tax will be $21.07. The administrative fee and the vehicle inventory tax are not negotiable and not included in your final bid. Most dealerships charge over $450 on top of the prep fees and Vehicle Inventory Tax which we find to be unfair. These are the only additional fees assessed to out-of-state buyers other than shipping, not a penny more!!! Texas residents pay 6.25% sales tax and a $100 title and license fee, a $39.50 inspection fee, which goes directly to the state for title transfers. All vehicle inspections must be done before auction ends. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE DUE TO RELISTING FEES AND POSSIBLE LOSS OF SALE.
