PLEASE READ ALL OF THE INFORMATION ON THIS PAGE! (I clarified some of the payment options 8/29/10) Up for sales is a 2001 Audi TT. It is a 6 speed Manual 225hp Quattro - the top trimmed Audi TT offered this model year. The car is in great condition for the mileage and age and has been babied by both me and the previous owner. Both of us are/were non-smokers (trust me, I wouldn't have bought it from a smoker!) and car enthusiasts who took extreme care of this baby. Due to some ECU tuning done with a GIAC chip (AT AUDI) the car has nearly 300hp and gets 45+ mpg when driven correctly on the highway (you can see it on the on board computer for yourself when you drive her home). All up to date maintenance has been done on this car at Vision Auto Group in Reading since I've owned it, with the exception of some oil changes done at the tire dealer I worked for due to discounts (still used 5W40 synthetic with an AUDI filter). The timing belt was done at 92,000 miles at Vision, along with the rear Haldex flushed and filled. It was also aligned there this year. Don't fear the mileage on this car. If you read any TT forum pages, you'll find owner with 350,000 miles on their cars! This car and this engine are well built. The TT is fully dealer optioned as listed below: 6 Speed Manual Transmission Quattro All Wheel Drive Heated Exterior Mirrors Remote Entry and REMOTE WINDOWS (Done through Audi using the stock remote, this is SO Awesome) AUDI S-Line Rear Exhaust Valence Heated Seats Leather Interior BOSE Premium Concert Sound 6 CD Changer AUDI ESP (Traction Control) Side Curtain Airbags On Board computer showing various status (washer fluid low/brake pads low/fuel low/battery volts low/lightbulb out/oil low) Automatic Climate Control Power Windows/Locks/etc 17" Alloy Wheels 225/45/17 Michelin Pilot Sport A/S These are some Add-ons done aftermarket, either by myself or the previous owner: Samco Silicon Intercooler and Turbo Piping AEM Air filter Forge Diverter Valve (Blow-off Valve) Forge Cold-Side Relocation Kit AWE Turbo Gauge Mounted in Driver Vent (see picture) Custom Cat-Back Exhaust Hardwired Garmin/Tom Tom Power Supply GIAC Chipped/Tuned Nitrogen Filled Tires (I'll explain this if you'd like, I used to sell it with tires) Disclaimers: This car does have 101,990 miles on it as of RIGHT NOW. I only drive it to work about 3 miles round trip, but that means that it will 102,xxx when you take delivery. The car is great condition, however it is used. There are some MINOR paint imperfections, minor scrapes/scratches associated with the age of the car; again it is a used vehicle. The driver side door was bumped in the previous owner's driveway and then repaired professionally, when the light is just right you can sort of see it. Also, the check engine light comes on periodically, and then goes away. I have pulled the code for the check engine light many times, at my shop and Audi. It is code P0422 (Low Cat Efficiency) and is due to the aftermarket exhaust, and not any mechanical problem. It has no negative effect on the operation or performance of the car, and to be honest, the exhaust gave the car a decent amount of power. If you're paying me cash, we can go together to pay off the lien at Riverfront, and then you can drive away with the car, I'll sign the title and send it to you in the mail (how I sold my last car). Your choice. I will not ship the car, but I will accommodate, to the best of my ability, the winner's chosen shipping agent should they choose to ship the vehicle to themselves. On weekends, I will drive the car a reasonable distance to meet the buyer (like at the Philadelphia Airport, 60 miles or so).
