VIN # CT70H2018810 For sale is a 1972 Honda CT70H mini bike. I purchased this bike in 2003 for $3,500. It was fully restored by the previous owner. It was and still is in immaculate condition. Here is the eBay auction description from Sept. 19, 2003: Vehicle Description: You are bidding on a 1972 Honda CT70H 4 speed model in immaculate condition. Better than new. This bike had a mere 720 miles on it, and now has an NOS speedometer with 0 miles. This bike was in storage for a long period of time, in a dry storage, which you can tell by the perfect original seat. It was totally taken apart and professionally restored with no money spared. All body parts were totally stripped to bare, prep, sealed, and painted the House of Kolor, Candy Red and PPG clears and primers. Everything on this bike is either original equipment or NOS parts only, right down to the original bolts. It was originally a very nice straight, clean bike with very low miles with only a few chips and scratches. I wanted to make the bike better than new, which it is for the money and many hours invested. This bike features many polished items, complete engine and block, brake drums, backing plates and hubs. This flawless beauty is a real head turner! Aside from its pristine condition, it runs as good as it looks. Engine is totally original with the exception of the gaskets and new carb kit. Starts first kick and runs excellent until shut off. Everything is in excellent working condition as it should be for a bike of this quality. Comes with NOS tool kit, new Bridgestone tires and tubes and an NOS battery. Too many NOS parts to list! This is the last CT70 from my private collection, and my personal favorite. This bike is one knockout, gorgeous CT70. Don't let this one pass you by! You'll be "hard pressed" to find another bike like this one. This is one of the rare 4 speed clutch models. This bike is for the true collector. Comes with clear California title. Vehicle Condition: Bike is in excellent condition from top to bottom. Needs nothing, has no issues. I was extremely pleased with the bike upon its delivery and the bike was exactly as described. Since purchasing, I have ridden the bike only a couple of times, once as a pit bike at Mid-Ohio AMA Vintage Days and another time at a Walnecks swap-meet show in Woodstock, Illinois, where at both events I had scores of offers to buy the bike. It has been properly stored, along with the 40 or so other bikes in my vintage motorcycle and mini bike collection. The bike has only 13 miles from the restored "like new" condition when purchased. Everything - mechanically and cosmetically - continues to be exactly as described above with the exception of a small scratch on the upper right fork tube and the black paint in the Honda lettering on the left side engine cover has partially come off. A few of the bolts on the wheels should also be re-polished to bring back to like new. This is simply a gorgeous CT70!! For me, the 4 speed H model was always by far the very best CT70 that Honda ever made. You will have absolutely no disappointments with this bike!
