2009 Land Rover HSE SUPER CLEAN, NO PROBLEMS! Click any image to see it full size Item Description This is my friend's 2009 Land Rover HSE. He bought this car NEW about one year ago. I sell over $2M a year on eBay in RVs and am familiar with selling on eBay, thus he asked me to help him sell it. There are NO PROBLEMS and NO ISSUES with this car. This car has NEVER BEEN WRECKED and has a clean carfax. There are no mechanical problems. This is a NON-SMOKER, no pets SUV that is under FULL FACTORY WARRANTY! My friend has just bought a Mercedes and simply doesn't need the car anymore. He is not selling it because of any problems. Also, because this is personally owned, there will be NO SALES TAX on this purchase. That alone can SAVE you $3500-$4000. It is a BEAUTIFUL sport utility. It runs great and is loaded with options. I included a photo of the window sheet with the options.... heated steering wheel, back up camera, bluetooth, Luxury package and on and on........ You are welcome to come view the car. EXTERIOR OF COACH: While we will do some light cleaning, we DO NOT buff or polish exteriors. The coach will be reasonably clean of dirt. We are VERY good at making sure the coach is mechanically solid, but cleaning is not our best talent. KEYS: The keys that I have for the coach are the ones that I received with the coach. It might not be a complete set. WINTERIZING: This coach is NOT WINTERIZED! We will winterize the coach for a flat fee of $85. We will need two days notice to perform this service. OPTIONAL SERVICES: We offer for your convenience two services: *** 1) $550 Prep Service: This includes filling the fuel tank with Diesel/Gas, filling the LP tank and water tanks *** 2) $95 Coach Essentials Kit: This includes: sewer hose, sewer odor cup, holding tank deodorizers, RV toilet paper, A/C adapter, water regulator, and a fresh water hose….PLEASE NOTE: These services are NOT included unless you specifically request them and they are NON-Refundable. The coach DOES NOT COME with ANY fuel tanks filled. Unless you see LP Tanks in the photos, the coach does NOT HAVE LP Tanks. ADMINISTRATIVE FEE: There is a $195 Georgia Administration fee added to ALL PURCHASES. This covers the 30 day drive out tag and other expenses associated with the sale of the coach. IF we both can mutually agree to leave feedback on the DAY OF DELIVERY while at my office, I will discount this fee to $100. TITLES Titles will be given to you on the day of sale if 1) pay with cash 2) Bank wire the funds directly into our account. Otherwise titles can take up to 30 days to be sent depending on the particular situation. This includes Bank checks, cashier checks, bank drafts, etc…Personal out of state checks are NOT accepted. Please note that we sell these coaches very quickly. Thus, occasionally we will have a buyer for a coach BEFORE the title has been sent to us. In those rare circumstances, we will provide the title as expeditiously as possible. We guarantee that all of our titles are CLEAN and have NO LIENS. We mail all titles by USPS Certified Mail with tracking numbers. PICKUP of VEHICLE: Please make sure that you give us at least 2 business days notice BEFORE coming to pick up the vehicle. We need time to prepare it for delivery. We will go through a checklist with you to verify all of the components that we work on are functioning properly. MECHANICAL: We work on and repair most mechanical functions with our vehicles. But, due to stringent State and Federal regulations, we are not set up to repair or maintain dash A/C units. Thus we do NOT guarantee that any dash A/C units work. ALL dash A/C components are "AS IS". Most do work, but we will NOT be responsible for repairing or maintaining dash A/C components. Also, we do not guarantee the following (if installed) will operate: 1) satellite systems 2) security systems 3) non-factory add-ons 4) tire life or wear 5) cruise control 6) spare tires are optional and are NOT standard equipment. 7) stereo equipment, VCRs, DVD Players, and/or radios are not guaranteed to work 8) awnings hardware or fabric 9) washer/dryer combos and stackables IS this a PERFECT coach in PERFECT RETAIL CONDITION? NO!! If you want a PERFECT COACH that is in PERFECT RETAIL condition, then I am happy to do that BUT we will need to work out a RETAIL PRICE. You are shopping on eBay probably because you are concerned about price. With a less than retail price comes a cosmetically LESS THAN PERFECT coach. Mechanically, the coach is VERY SOLID and ready. I specifically tell you in this terms of sale what items I work on and what items I don‘t. If you don‘t agree with this, then don‘t bid. If you insist on a PERFECT COSMETIC COACH then call me and we can work out a RETAIL PRICE that will give you a PERFECT COACH. ADVERTISING ERRORS: Please be aware that we are NOT PERFECT. We go to great lengths to make sure our ads are correct, BUT occasionally we do make a mistake. If you don't see it in the picture, then it probably is NOT included with the vehicle. If you don't see a satellite dish, then the vehicle probably doesn't have one. If we don't mention a keyless entry, then we most likely don't have the keyless remote even thought the vehicle might have had one when new. If you don't see a TV, then the coach does NOT have one. If you don't see it in the photos, then it probably doesn't have it. I think you probably get the idea by now. If you are unsure about an option, then please e-mail me and I'll confirm if it has that option. Additionally, please understand that these are USED VEHICLES! There will be scratches, dings, and cosmetic issues that might not be announced. Additionally, there can be more serious issues that we miss. We sincerely try and represent them as accurately as possible, but we do miss some problems. Normally, the only issues we will miss will be cosmetic. We go to great lengths to get our vehicles in proper mechanical condition. This is the list of the things that I check and repair if needed. We do a reasonable inspection of the rest of the coach as well and disclose all issues that we are aware of. But, EVERYTHING else on the coach that is not listed in this paragraph above is YOUR responsibility to check and inspect. This is to be done when the coach is picked up. Once it leaves our lot, you agree to assume responsibility for all of these items and all issues with the coach. Additionally, if you do not personally pick up the vehicle, then it is the responsibility of your agent who is picking up the coach to inspect the coach on your behalf. Once the coach is removed from our lot, then you agree that the coach is accurately described and you release AFMIGROUP, Wayne Jordan and our staff from all responsibility. This includes other mechanicals, structural issues, walls, roof, cosmetics and other items. NOTE: We cannot see the future and we do not have X ray vision. It is very simple to fly into Atlanta (ATL), board the MARTA train INSIDE the airport and we will be waiting on you at the train exit. We charge a flat fee of $150 for us to pick you up from the MARTA transportation system and transporting you to our office.
