I am selling this car for my father-in-law. He is 66 years old, he wanted a corvette his whole life, and this is the one he bought new off the showroom floor less than 4 years ago. He has taken perfect care of the car, as if it were an Enzo Ferrari or something. It has never been in rain or snow, never out when it is too hot or too cold. Never driven on gravel, or at night. Never parked in a parking lot, or at work (he is retired). The only time it leaves his garage under his house, is every couple of weeks in the morning. Usually 2 days after it has rained (to avoid possible puddles). He drives it after the commuters have gone to work, up on the highway around the airport and then back into the garage. He has driven it to my house a few times, and he makes me put my car outside so that he can park in my garage while he is here. He puts a battery tender on it during the winter, and starts it up once a week to keep it lubricated. The car has never been damaged in any way. The wheels have not been curbed. No nicks or scratches in the paint. No door dings. Had never had any work done to it at all, except for the four Mobil 1 synthetic oil changes and lubes at the Chevy dealer. The car has been washed 3 times, including today when we washed it to take the pictures. The car has never been raced or hot-rodded, he drives well under the speed limit. He let my wife and I ride seperately with him once when he first got it. He paid cash of the car, it has a clear title in his name. The corvette has a lot of options, he wanted everything he could get except navigation. It has a 400 horsepower 6.0 liter, LS2 Engine. The sticker price was $55,270.00 new, including the $10,780.00 in options, and the $800 destination charge. It is Lemans Blue (a $300 premium paint option) with Cashmere Leather interior. It is an LT3 which was a $4795 option. That means it has a bunch of extra stuff like the heads-up display, front and side airbags, six-way power adjusted leather seats, luggade shade and parcel net, universal home remote, memory package, auto dimming isrv mirror w/compass, & driver osrv mirror, heated seats, 6 disc bose stereo w/7 speakers & satellite radio, power telescopic steering wheel. It also has the Z51 performance package ($1695 option) with larger cross-drilled rotors, Goodyear Eagle F1 Supercar tires, higher performance-tund stabilizer bars, springs and shocks. It has polished aluminum wheels (extra $1295), Six-speed automatic transmission with paddle shift on the steering wheel ($1250 option). Also has the transparent, removable roof panel (extra $750). Had Onstar safe and sound plan for 1 year that was an extra $695 that he never used. It is factory stock like new, it has never had any modifications of any kind. The Corvette had 4445 miles when we washed it and took pictures of it today. He drove it back to his house afterwards, so it will have an extra 2-3 miles on it. No Trades and I don't give out the reserve price. It is priced to sell, and the reserve is pretty low for the condition of the car. So please don't bid unless you have the money to buy it.
