The tires/wheels in the attached pictures are not included in this auction, see the link for details. This family driver, was gone through front to rear during the frame off restoration and was virtually new 10 years ago. It has been used mostly in summers and stored under cover. It is not new now, but it is in pretty good shape. The frame off restoration (sometimes called a rotisserie restoration) involved disassembling it to the unibody, sand blasting it, repairing rusted areas (including at least replacing the passenger side floor pan and the left 1/4 panel), then a 2 part primer. This was the condition that I bought it at. As far as old cars go this car is extremely inexpensive to operate and maintain with pretty good gas mileage, around 30 mpg on the road in 5th gear. It is a basic car, so 'simple' is the key word. You can get to everything needing routine maintenance easily, parts are readily available, and anyone with some mechanical ability should be able to do most of the repairs needed. In their day, Mustangs were overhauled anywhere by just about anybody. This car is ready to go and we will deliver anywhere in the US for the expenses and return airline fare for 2 people (no passport so no international deliveries) (trades? pay the delivery expenses and we'll cover the return). Everything works. Nothing needs to be done to it, although there are many things that could be done to make it even nicer.
