Vehicle Detail
Up for auction is a very nice 1951 Ford F-1 pick up truck that has been professionally made into a street rod. This truck is a real eye catcher with its beautiful turquoise and black paint scheme. The body on the truck is as straight as an arrow and the bed is from an later model truck. The hood, cab top and inside of bed are painted raven black. The remainder of the truck is in a very pleasing turquoise blue. These two colors actually feed off of one another. The bed rails feature turn signals/brake lights at the rear of each one. There is a third brake light on the cab above the rear window. The interior is almost brand new. It was put installed in 2009. It has two bucket seats, AM/FM/CD stereo with an amp for more bang for your tune. The dash is painted to match the truck cab. The gauges are the original 51 Ford cluster, therefore I cannot guarentee the mileage is correct. I would rather say it is in excess of the mechanical limits, just to be safe. The A/C blows cold and works fine. The steering column is a tilt and has a Grant wood wheel. The seats are in black and turquoise pleather and set very nice. The carpet is black tweed and also matches the door panels. This interior was done right! Added features are Power Steering, Power Brakes, Power Windows, and Air Conditioning. The truck is powered by a 350 cid with an automatic transmission following. The engine does not smoke or burn any oil. The tranny does not leak fluid. The exhaust is a great sounding new stainless system with a crossover pipe for that balanced tone. The frame has been blasted and painted as well as the entire underside of the vehicle. All of this is riding on black wall tires and five star aluminum wheels. I'm sure there is something I'm missing, but if you have any questions, please contact and I'll do my best to answer and/or get you more pictures. Buyer is responsible for pick up or shipping. The truck is located in Auburn Indiana. I'm selling the truck because I am not a truck type of guy. I may consider the right trade, but prefer to sell because I have found something else I would like to have
