We have put this in the first paragraph so there can be no confusion. ****************************** Up for bid is this very clean low mileage 2006 Chevrolet Tahoe PPV Police Package. While most Police Package Tahoes were either white or black and white, this one is Paint Code 59U, Silver Birch Metallic. This is the first Police Tahoe we've had in this color and it looks awesome. It is a very nice darker silver metallic color that looks great with the black police package wheels and bolt-on hubcaps. This Tahoe was utilized by the US Government and was very well maintained and taken care of. VERY LOW 71,000 MILES. The exterior and interior are in excellent condition. There are a few minor dings and scratches consistent with a used vehicle. The interior looks great with no rips, tears or stains. Everything functions as it should. The tires have approximately 50% treadlife remaining. This Tahoe is a 2-wheel drive Pursuit Rated unit. It runs excellent and is very fast with the 5.3 Liter V8. These Police Tahoes handle excellent and corner like a sports car. It has dual spotlights and a Certified 140 MPH Speedometer. In addition to a heavy-duty suspension and reinforced frame, these PPV Tahoes include a power steering cooler, engine oil cooler, transmission oil cooler and power steering cooler. Please refer to the numerous large photographs for more details. The reserve will not be disclosed during the auction. If arriving from out of town, you can simply fly into the San Francisco or Oakland Airports. From there, you take a Bay Area Rapid Transit or BART train to Concord, where we can pick you up and drive you to our office 5 minutes from there. Mileage may vary upon delivery due to occasional use and test drives. Some vehicles are factory equipped with only a 5 digit odometer. On these vehicles, mileage indicated in the auction is an odometer reading, as the odometer may only be capable of 5 digits. Make sure you inquire to DAS information regarding insurance coverage's on the vehicles they transport. The vehicle can be stored free of charge for up to two weeks after the auction has ended, or longer with prior notification and agreement. Vehicles left past the agreed storage date are subject to a $15.00 per day storage fee. We are open for vehicle pick up during the week. We are not open on the weekend, but can make an exception with prior arrangement. Sorry but we spend weekends with our families. VEHICLE REGISTRATION, SALES TAX, SMOG, FEES, ETC: We are a licensed California auto dealer. The state requires that if you're out of state and plan on coming here to pick up the vehicle, you need to know that California law REQUIRES the buyer to pay sales tax, registration, and smog fee's if they pick up the car and drive it away. This is still the LAW even if you put the car on your trailer and it never touches the California roadway. If you're out of state, avoid can avoid all of these required fees by having your car shipped to your state. This in most cases is less expensive anyway by the time you figure gas, lodging, and other expenses. If you're an out of state buyer but picking up the vehicle and driving home, we can reduce the state required registration to a $16.00 one trip permit, but the other fees will still apply. If you are a California resident, we collect sales tax, registration fee, and a $58.25 smog inspection fee. We then provide you with temporary registration in the window so you can legally drive the vehicle until your title and license plates arrive in the mail. All sales require a $55.00 DMV and paperwork fee. This covers the costs of our mailings of the title, bill of sale, license plates if required, and going to the DMV for you on your behalf. PAYMENT INFORMATION: Please follow the rules of the auction after it is completed, regarding deposit and full payment deadlines. Anyone not following through with the auction will be reported to Ebay and NEGATIVE FEEDBACK will be left. There is a clear title on the vehicle. A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 must be received by me within 24 hours of the close of auction via Paypal, money order, or cashiers check, sent via overnight express mail.
