The 1150 R Rockster is an excellent sport cum long distance bike. I bought it from a BMW dealer in Milwaukee and it was registered in 2004. It is one of kind motorcycle with a lot of head turning value and haven't seen another one like this in all my travels throughout the country. It has been maintained by the BMW dealer with all the maintainence records available for review.The last service was performed on Aug5, 2010. The bike was never ridden in rain, slush, snow or other inclement weather and garaged year round, no drops either or has never been raced. Since I travel a lot for work, it has ultra low miles on it and is in extremely good condition both mechanically and aesthetically. Except a small 1/2 inch scratch on the gas tank (from the handle bar turning into it), there is no other problem, either mechanical or otherwise. Even this is very hard to see unless you are looking at it closely. I can also add on the battery tender, BMW leather jacket, 2 HJC helmets, and gloves for a small additional fee of $ 400 (Retail for $1300). Apart from the standard features listed below, I have added the center stand (very useful for tight parking in the garage), BMW luggage carrier, heated grips, front sport speed screen from laminar and rear pillion seats.
