Up for your consideration today is this beautiful 1960 Lincoln Premiere 4 door. This is a two owner car that has been in the same family since November 8, 1971. The car was bought with very low miles, around 32,000, to this date the family has only put on 4,000 miles so the new buyer will be getting a beautiful low mileage car. The car has been stored inside as you can see by the condition that it is in. The only body work the car had was in 1972, and it appears that this was only paint work on the left front fender and the right rear rocker panel. The car is wearing most of it's original lacquer paint, now how cool is that? The paint could use a good buffing to bring out it's orginal shine. The inside of the car is just as nice as the outside. The orginal blue leather is soft and supple and very comfortable to sit on, no sags or rips, the carpet shows a little fading but looks nice. The car also has AC that will need to be charged, it is a complete system. The motor and trans work as they should and the exhaust is quiet with a little rumble when you give it some gas. We did change the oil and installed a new fuel pump. We would like to point out that this car will need the brakes looked at, we can tell the fronts work but the backs don't (wheel cylinders?) the car stops, not the best but can be driven onto a trailor. All belts, hoses and tires need to be replaced for safety. The car needs a full tune up, plugs, wires, cap and rotor and so on. Brakes need to be looked at, we feel the car needs rear wheel cylinders. The transmission should be flushed as well as the radiator.
